We spent the past week and a half hosting a group of scientists who are studying the glaciers and water of Icy Bay. It really is amazing to think that just 100 years ago all of Icy Bay was covered in what else, but ice? It’s truly one of the newest ecosystems in the world. Here are a few pictures from the past week.
This is the second year they have used Icy Bay Lodge to help them with their research, and we look forward to helping them in the future.
